I am a strong advocate for the democratic republic model of state governance and free-market capitalism. I believe in accessible education and the importance of collective narrative infrastructure. Currently, I am working towards a Chatham House membership for its eLibrary and a Philanthropy.com membership for GrantStation.
Regarding cybersecurity and identity protection, I advocate for the use of passkeys and authenticator codes for multi-factor authentication (2FA), as phone numbers are inherently insecure. I trust Yubico security keys and Proton Pass for these needs.
I also study prediction markets, which attempt to quantize and infer future events using statistics and probabilistic models. However, I believe that absolute certainty is impossible and markets can sometimes fail. I advocate for the use of tractable probabilistic models to provide explainability for decisions in all industries. Furthermore, I support the development of compressed sub-quadratic models to improve computational efficiency.
